Recipe: Berry Good Easter Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Plain low fat yoghurt (as needed)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 punnet raspberries
  • 1/2 punnet strawberries with stalks and leaves removed

How to make:

  1. Whiz the fruit together in a mixer until smooth
  2. Pour into a silicone mould until halfway full
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour
  4. Pour plain yoghurt onto the frozen fruit mix until it reaches the top of the mould
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours
