Game of Chance Terms & Conditions

1.   Promoter

The promoter is PAW PET Supplement International PTY LTD, ABN [82 685 949 115], located at [A1, 35-39 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015, NSW, Australia] (Promoter).

2.   Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.

By entering, entrants confirm they are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.   Promotion Period

The promotion starts at 12:00:00 am AEDT on [1 December 2025] and closes at 11:59:59 pm AEDT on [31 January 2026].

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4.   How to Enter

Sign Up – a limit of one entry per person applies.

No purchase is necessary and entry is free. Standard internet or data charges may apply. Creating or holding a customer account is not required to enter or to claim the prize. Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant and not via agents or automated means.

5. Prize Details

Prize: AUD $250 credit usable at
pureanimalwellbeing.com on eligible products.

Number of prizes: 1

Total prize pool value: AUD $250.

Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The credit expires 12 months from date of issue. No minimum spend applies. Any remaining balance on expiry is forfeited.

6.   Winner Selection

Winner will be drawn at random using a
computerised random selection process at [A1, 35-39 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015, NSW] at [4.00PM] AEDT on 4 February 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The draw will be conducted in accordance with these terms. Tampered or ineligible entries will be excluded. The Promoter will keep records sufficient to verify the conduct and outcome of the draw.

7.   Notification

Winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days after notification, a redraw will be conducted at [A1, 35-39 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015, NSW] at [4.00pm] AEDT on [11 March, 2026] by the same method. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the redraw.

8.  Verification

Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

If requested information is not provided within a reasonable period, the entry may be invalid, and the prize may be forfeited.

9.   Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these terms.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any injury or loss incurred in connection with the promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss
suffered in connection with the promotion, except for liability which cannot be excluded (including due to negligence or statutory guarantees). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

As a condition of entry and by providing your personal information in connection with this promotion, you consent to your personal information being used by the Promoter to send you marketing
communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts competent to hear
appeals from them.

13. Platform Disclaimer

Entrants acknowledge that this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, or any other social media platform, and release those platforms from any liability.

14. Permit Information

Based on the total prize value and current rules, no trade promotion permit is required in any Australian jurisdiction for this promotion. Regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change.

The Promoter will comply with applicable laws in all relevant jurisdictions.

15. Records

The Promoter will retain records of entries, the draw, and prize distribution for at least 3 years and will provide them to regulators upon request.
